Harmony Painting is proud to be certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a Lead-Safe Certified Firm (Certificate No. NAT-F341962-1). This federal certification, issued under the EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, authorizes our team to safely perform painting and renovation work in homes and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 — the year lead-based paint was banned for residential use.
Federal law requires that any firm disturbing paint in pre-1978 homes, childcare facilities, or schools be EPA-certified and follow lead-safe work practices. Our certification is valid through August 6, 2031, and applies to our interior painting and exterior painting services across the Denver metro area.
